Nashville, TN – (August , 2016) Fontanel is excited to now be cleared for their 136 room expansion of the Inn at Fontanel, a bed and breakfast style luxury boutique hotel, as well as a 300-seat banquet and meeting hall, a resort-style pool and spa and artisan-style retail on the site. Preliminary plans are well underway with a projected completion date of early Quarter 2 of 2018.
In a statement covered by The Tennessean after plans were cleared by the Metro Council, Fontanel Properties co-owner Marc Osawald was quoted to say, “It’s been a long process, and we are happy to see that our desire to further support the Whites Creek community can now grow and bring even more individuality and uniqueness to our community. We have appreciated both the support given and the concerns raised, and we have made it our goal to make Fontanel a community fixture that all of Whites Creek will benefit from and be proud of.”
“We are excited to be able to enhance the Fontanel guest experience with all the new amenities the expansion brings,” stated Bob Ekman, CEO of Fontanel. “Visitors can spend their days touring The Mansion, hiking the trails, zipping with Adventureworks, wine tastings at the Natchez Hills Winery, shopping local, can take in one of many music shows, enjoy several dining options, or take a day trip downtown.” With Nashville’s explosive growth and overflowing crowds, the desire for a chance to escape the bustle, but enjoy what downtown has to offer is growing daily. The expanded Inn at Fontanel serves just that purpose. Guests are only 15 minutes away, and can return to the tranquil beauty of the rolling hills of Whites Creek, and experience the impeccable service of the Inn at Fontanel staff.”
